It feels so amazing to share this Flower Pot Coaster Crochet pattern with all of you because it was requested so many times! 🌼 My wonderful TikTok subscribers have been asking me about this cute coaster pattern so many times and I’m happy that it’s finally done!

This would be an excellent project for those who just started learning how to crochet. It’s not difficult at all, easy to follow and pretty fast to make so you can create a complete set.

I’ve come up with this idea because I noticed daisy crochet flowers in many places. They look very nostalgic and Y2K-inspired so I wondered if I could create something like this in my version using yarn. After some experimentation, here we go!

This coaster pattern would be a nice addition to any house and also great as a gift.🌼

Materials

• 100% cotton, medium-weight yarn (Category 4)
• 4.00 mm crochet hook
• Scissors
• Darning needle
• Stitch marker

Gauge

4″ square = 9 stitches wide × 10 rows tall

Stitches & Abbreviations

This pattern uses US crochet terminology.

• St(s) – Stitch(es)
• Ch – Chain
• Sc – Single Crochet
• Sl st – Slip Stitch
• Hdc – Half Double Crochet
• Dc – Double Crochet
• Rep – Repeat

• Ch 1 does not count as a stitch.
• Stitch counts for each round are shown in < >.
• When the pattern says sc 2, work 1 single crochet into each of the next 2 stitches.

Foundation

Make a magic ring.

Round 1

Work 6 sc into the magic ring.

Round 2

Work 2 sc into every stitch around.

Round 3

Sc in the next stitch, 2 sc in the following stitch.
Repeat from * all the way around.

Work 2 sc into the next stitch, then sc in the next 2 stitches.
Repeat from * around.

Round 5

Sc in the next 3 stitches, then work 2 sc into the next stitch.
Repeat from * around, then sl st into the first stitch of the round.

Join your new color with a ch 1.
