MOTIFS
Notes on Red Heart® Granny Square All in One™ Yarn
- Start each motif with Color 1, which has the shortest color section, working from the center of the pull-skein. Leave approximately a 4″ (10 cm) yarn tail for securing and weaving in later.
- The yarn is designed so that each color corresponds to one round of the motif, with five colors used throughout. If you reach the end of a round with excess yarn in the current color, undo a few stitches and work them again with a slightly looser tension so the round finishes at the color transition. If the color section runs short, repeat the same process using a slightly tighter tension.
- After completing the motif, cut the yarn at the end of Color 5, the longest color section, leaving enough yarn to weave in the end. For the following motif, return to Color 1 and work the same five-round sequence again.
